What's next for Calgary and area Real Estate?

We are all optimistic that 2013 is going to be a great year! After a tough couple of years and well after home prices were going up by "$1,000 a day", the market is now starting to turn the corner. Job positions are getting harder to fill, and my clients in the oil and gas business say that we should get ready for another pop. Most people are staying away from the 'boom' word so far, but I feel something is happening now!
